We get it! You come home from work and you’re tired, hungry and just feel like plopping down on the couch, watching television and eating pizza. After all, your MS fatigue and down mood could use the comfort of melted cheese and salty crust. Or, it’s the holidays and everyone (including you) really just wants to eat lard-filled dishes and desserts that put you into such a blissful coma that you immediately swear to a new year’s resolution of health and fitness that you know you’ll never live up to.
Why do we do this to ourselves over and over again?
Jessica Ann Peavy, chapter ambassador and Kya Blackstone, Pulp Nature co-founders approached the National MS society to collaborate on a healthy lifestyle living event for our chapter members. Together we are producing an afternoon to nourish your spirit. Our first collaborative event, featuring The Food Evolution, will offer quick and yummy recipes to prevent post meal time regret while respecting your time and cash flow! This cooking demo and food tasting is the perfect event to get you ready for the holidays and on the road towards a healthy lifestyle!
Pulp Nature is an online community dedicated to improving the lives of young people with autoimmune disease. The Food Evolution is a nutrition and cooking center designed to teach people how to prepare delicious and nutritious “whole foods” for themselves and their families.
